Well done, but lacks depth

It was very well done, the animation was great, the music cues right on, but all that work was put into conveying simple and common themes, something we hear everyday. Overcoming fear of what is different and putting forth a simple act of kindness, etc etc, sob sob. Sorry to be an insensitive jackass, but it's what I do. There's nothing wrong with the little story... I'm just amazed at all the work you put in to making something that I couldn't have cared less about. (Not that either of my movies convey any important messages, but what can I say, I'm a hypocrite.)

Dammit.

It was funny, because it makes fun of DBZ, but...

"This is my opion of every anime"

DBZ is not anime, it is an Americanized piece of crap. There is plenty of good, intelligent anime out there, but it is rare to see any of it on American TV (thats not what Americans want, of course). Don't make uneducated generalizations.

Good Job.

This deserves some credit simply due to the fact that it actually had a PLOT, unlike most NG submissions. however, the plot didn't entirely make sense to me. When the first personality didn't turn out right, why didn't they just delete it? Why is the enemy named "Mortal Enemy"? If Electronica was made to simulate the real world, why are there invincible robot police? Oh well, good job.

Kev-Dawg responds:

I feared the day I'd run into the 'unanswerable questions.' I think I can answer why they didn't just delete Mortal Enemy: Because it is a personality, it has fear for its own life. Deleting it isn't as easy as any other file. When the scientists dragged Mortal Enemy's icon to the trash, he replaced it with some random file and that got erased instead, and he kept doing that until the scientists decided they needed someone inside the system to take down Mortal Enemy. (phew! what a save!)

Well...

I guess it was kind of funny seeing that scene as a game... but.. you could have come up with something original. I mean, it wasn't "based" on the bridge of death scene, it WAS the bridge of death scene, just with new graphics. I suggest that people just rent Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Too bad you arn't reading these.

SUPERFISH TO THE MAX!

IT'S LIKE THE FIRST ONE, ONLY WITH MORE! NOW I BUY SUPERFISH SO I CAN MEET GOD!

Booyah.

I wish i had a stick. I could poke things with it. Ahem, that kicked ass.

Mediocre

I don't think that DBZs style of fighting is unique, and I don't like Americanized anime. (I like good anime ;) I think that you put a lot of effort into this animation, but that it was sort of boring. The attempt to make it seem exciting was lost in the lack of story and sound effects, as well as its blatant predictability. That's just what I think.

booyah.

A bit.. predictable and cliche, But cool.

Ahh, gratuitous violence

Yeah, it really reminds me of DoD...but personally, I like Firearms better...er...I digress. As for the movie, it is mediocre. I'd like to see people put more creative effort into their animations. Maybe less random violence and more.. I dunno... story. (Not that violence is bad.)

I must admit, however, that the art in this was pretty cool. You obviously put a lot of time and effort into this animation, Loki, so make more! Except next time I suggest you make it more original and, if you feel like it, give it more of a plot.

Holy crap I'm totally going so fast!
